Cessnock Central

Cessnock Central is located right in the middle of the developing Cessnock retail business district, directly between the Coles and Woolworths centres on the corner of North Avenue and Keene Street.

Cessnock Central’s previous life was the ambulance station for the Cessnock area, built approximately 50 years ago.

The architectural integrity and art deco influences, combined with excellent workmanship gave this building an excellent opportunity to be retro fitted with today’s design criteria for an excellent upmarket high profile retail commercial centre. The restoration and development of this building provided us with an exciting opportunity to breathe fresh air into the commercial precinct of this municipality.

At the rear of this development is an upgraded courtyard area for an outdoor/indoor alfresco dining or social area.

Property Type: Office/Retail.
