Lee Woodward commenced his development profile in the 1980’s with high end Sydney North Shore residential developments and small Central Coast subdivisions. He came from a background of local Government experience (Lee’s father was City Manager of Willoughby Council for 28 years).
The interest in property has continued to the next generation, with Matthew Woodward now a registered Architect with the Royal Australian Institute of Architects and is becoming involved in some of the design criteria of the business. Steven Woodward is a registered Civil Structural Engineer and Nathan Woodward has completed a Bachelor of Business Management and both are advisors in the business’ decision-making process.
Lee is primarily responsible for site selection, feasibility and purchases; business plan design and development, management and the decisions regarding sales, leasing or retention processes.
